377: How to Unlock and Activate the Wisdom of Others with Craig Lemasters

My guest today is one of the most understanding and forgiving people I’ve ever met. How do I know? Because, for the first time in nearly 8 years, I had to reschedule an interview. I know. That doesn’t sound like a big deal.

But by “reschedule,” I really mean schedule a second time. As in, the first time we recorded our chat, something went awry. I was devasted and embarrassed to have to reach out to Craig to say, “Hey, can we do it all over again?”

Craig, however, was incredibly gracious. And, the good news is, I think our interview the second time was even better than the first awesome version you almost heard.

Craig and I dive into his book called Unstuck: How to Unlock and Activate the Wisdom of Others.

In it, Craig shares techniques he has used in a lifetime of helping Fortune 500 companies tackle the challenge of getting unstuck as they struggle to survive and grow.
