Here at RTLP, we’re big believers in the mantra, “Leaders read and Readers lead.”  Our desire is to encourage and challenge today’s leaders, spurring them on to more intentional and engaging reading.  At the same time, we want to help aspiring leaders realize the important role intentional reading can play in their development as successful leaders.

The Read to Lead Podcast will include exciting conversations with today’s most successful and inspiring non-fiction authors.  Our guests will all be recognized authorities on topics such as Leadership, Personal Development, Entrepreneurship and Business.

Already, New York Times best-selling author Dan Miller (48 Days to the Work You Love: Preparing for the New Normal) and renowned podcaster and entrepreneur John Lee Dumas have agreed to appear, among others.
