It’s been one week since the launch of the Read to Lead Podcast. Because you listened, downloaded, subscribed, rated, reviewed and shared it with your tribes, launch week could not have been more amazing.

The podcast managed to crack the Top 20 of all Business podcasts in iTunes! This category combines Business News, Investing, Career and Marketing & Management-focused podcasts, among others. This feat alone would have been awesome enough, but it didn’t stop there.

On day two, the Read to Lead Podcast stood at #5 among all Career-focused podcasts in iTunes, right behind Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership Podcast and Dan Miller’s 48 Days Podcast!  Since then, the Read to Lead Podcast has consistently remained in the Top 10!

This was a complete surprise to me. There were benchmarks and goals I set for sure, but because of the support of people like you, those benchmarks and goals were obliterated!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What’s Next?

Tomorrow, I’m excited to share the latest episode (#004) with you. It will feature author, speaker and renowned blogger Jeff Goins. In early 2011, Jeff decided to get serious about writing.

That process began with Jeff committing to getting up at 5am every morning for a year to write for two hours. This and other goals Jeff set for himself led to publishers knocking on his door just 8 short months later and offering him a book deal.

Regardless of your dreams and passions, let Jeff’s story serve as a case study for living your life intentionally. It’s hard to believe that this is the same guy that, eight years ago, interviewed with me for a job (I didn’t hire him!).

If you haven’t already, be sure to subscribe so that you don’t miss a single episode. You can do that several ways:
