416: The Extraordinary Unordinary You with Simone Knego

Sometimes you record an interview and it gets mangled by the technology. Something beyond your control goes wrong. It happens.

Then, sometimes, the person responsible for recording the conversation forgets to click the record button. Yep. I did that. The second time in nine years.

But, thankfully, most people are really forgiving. That’s certainly an apt description of Simone Knego, who, upon learning of my slip up, graciously agreed to do it all over again. And, you know what, it turned out even better. A blessing in disguise.

It’s not often the case, but my guest today is someone I’ve had the chance to get to know over the last six to eight years.

His name is Dr. Sunil Raheja. We first met when he became one of my early podcast coaching clients (you can check out his blog and podcast here).

We would meet in person for the first time in 2018 at the Igniting Souls Conference in Columbus, OH.

Then, he was working on his book. Now, I’m happy to say, it is officially out and available to the world. It’s called Dancing with Wisdom: A Sacred Quest to Restore Meaning, Purpose, and Fun to Your Life and Work.

A few weeks ago, it was three-time guest Dan Roam. Today, it’s the CEO and co-founder of BigBlueGumball, Todd Cherches.

Todd’s recent book is called VisuaLeadership: Leveraging the Power of Visual Thinking in Leadership and in Life. In it, he describes how the concept will forever change the way you think and communicate by showing how you can quickly and easily leverage the power of visual imagery, mental models, metaphor, analogy, storytelling, and humor to help you take your game to a whole new level.

Todd is also a three-time award-winning Adjunct Professor of leadership at NYU, a lecturer on leadership in various programs at Columbia University, and a TEDx speaker (see below).

411: The Actions That Will Make AND Keep Your Family Rich with Chris Bystriansky

Few would argue there are many more lucrative options to building wealth than through real estate investing.

That’s the expertise of my guest today, Chris Bystriansky. But more than that, Chris has managed to instill the concepts of passive income through real estate into the brain of his six-year-old daughter, ensuring that she will likely never have to hold down a traditional J.O.B. at any point in her adult life.

They don’t teach this stuff in school.
